Observing residential properties/lots to ensure compliance with Community Standards, Covenants, and the Rules & Regulations;

Keeping board members continually updated on the status of violation notifications, fines, architectural change requests, and vendor workloads;

Ensuring the highest protection of association funds by separating out the property management and accounting entities;

Building networks to find the best and most cost-effective vendors and contractors;

Maintaining on-going communication with all stakeholders; and

Fostering homeowner engagement.
